SIUE’s admission application goes live one year prior to the start of the term. Students can apply for spring, summer, or fall entry. The Request for Waiver of the Undergraduate Application Fee can be submitted for students that are unable to pay the $40 fee. We also accept other documents in lieu of this form (i.e. NACAC Application Fee Waiver).

Official transcripts are required for admission and must be sent directly from the school or a vendor. Documents can be sent electronically to etranscripts@siue.edu or mailed to:

SIUE offers the opportunity for eligible first-year students to be directly admitted into the Schools of Business; Education, Health and Human Behavior; Engineering; and Nursing, as well as conditional entry to the School of Pharmacy. This opportunity is for fall entry only.

For transfer admission, some of SIUE’s academic programs require an additional program application and have separate admission requirements, as well as deadlines for transfer students.
