New 2019 Legislation

On May 16, 2019, Governor Jared Polis signed SB19-234 Sunset Professional Review Committees. The new law, which will be effective August 2, 2019, continues the registration and reporting requirements of professional review committees under the Colorado Medical Board and the State Board of Nursing, which are both in the Division of Professions and Occupations (DPO) in the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), until September 1, 2030.
